About this role:

Amira is seeking a Senior Manager/ Director of Marketing to develop a marketing strategy for lead generation and brand awareness. As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to support our sales team, lead marketing initiatives and drive the company's brand presence to new heights.

You will work with the rest of the Amira organization to uncover new ways to reach school district leaders, decision makers, and potential buyers of Amira Learning.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced with marketing for lead generation
  • Experienced with social media and campaign development for educators and district decision makers
  • Passionate about education and technology
  • Experienced in collateral creation, inbound and outbound strategies
  • Experienced creating and curating digital content for edtech
  • Highly collaborative and responsive with internal and external stakeholders
  • Clear and impactful communicator, including the ability to listen for understanding and customize materials for different audiences
  • Able to understand and channel scientific research
  • Able to develop metrics for content success and communicate results from metrics
  • A great critic, able to recognize, develop, and improve sales collateral
  • Eager to understand the interests of district and school leaders
  • Understanding of the needs of teachers and educators around literacy and technology tools
  • Experienced in creating content that is culturally sensitive and suitable for diverse audiences
  • Open to collaborative feedback

What You’ll Do:

Digital Marketing:

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives through social media campaigns.
  • Create and evolve a strategy for Digital marketing aimed at lead generation.
  • Own the end to end pipeline for lead generation, creating QSOs for Amira’s direct sales force.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize digital marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with the Sales leadership to align lead generation with the overall Go To Market strategy.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs

Product Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and participate in marketing through conferences and events including webinars and media events.
  • Support the creation of materials and collateral for product positioning and product improvements.

Team Leadership:

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the engagement team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, and/or relevant experience
  • Ability to operate in a highly efficient manner by multitasking in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals and targets.
  • Great interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working across remote teams.
